RESTAURANT
We offer Mediterranean and traditional cuisine, crafted with care and slow-cooking techniques, relying on local and nearby products. Our preferred ingredient is black truffle, sourced from our plantation; we incorporate it into various dishes, whether in truffle-infused cognac, truffle-infused salt, truffle oil, or grated over local organic meat.
The main dining area, located in the house's former stables, serves as the restaurant dining area. It features an ancient fireplace where charcoal roasts are prepared, becoming a highlight of the menu, visible to the customer.
EVERYDAY CUISINE
Spoon dishes and seasonal products take center stage in our culinary offerings. Our flagship dish is the stews; every day, we craft a hearty spoon dish like 'La olleta,' featuring noodles with mini pork ribs, rice omelette, and more. And, of course, we don't forget the sweets; 'La coca mal feta' (an old recipe from my grandmother), pumpkin pastries, marzipan, and more temptations await.

WINE MENU
A meal gathering with good wine is best celebrated, which is why we have invested in having a wine and cava menu tailored to the diner's taste.
